Hidden fees. The final price of a rental can be over a hundred dollars more than what is listed online. I rented an aerator for two hours and was charged over $100. The online price was $60 for 4 hours. I was told in the store the price would be even less if I returned it under 4, but it was still almost double the listed price.

It seems like the employees dont have the best knowledge of the equipment they deal with and try to roll with it to still get you in the door. Working with this location has been a headache and waste of time. Tried to rent an electric walk behind forklift from them to stack pallets on 9-10 foot shelves. Made the first reservation over the phone while explaining the specs I needed and was told everything necessary was locked in. Rented a truck and when I went to pick it up I was brought a pallet jack that went all of 5 inches. Tried to reschedule another pickup for the proper forklift and was told it would take a few days to ship in from a VA Beach location. When I received a call for it being ready to pick up, I went over the height specifications with the associate again and was told they took a tape measurer back and got it over 9 feet. I rented another truck and picked it up. When I began using it, I learned that I was lied to about its height capabilities. I got all of 8 feet out of it before calling back to figure out if I was doing something wrong. I was told a technician would come out and look at it that day. After being given an ETA three times (still never showed up) I gave up and returned it. Upon returning I was still told it could go higher than I was able to make it go. Two truck rentals and two work days down the drain. Thank you sunbelt!
