        Staffmark seemed like a good company but after getting employed and having the person in charge of your money who is inconsistent and unprofessional doesnt mix well. It started off great from the interview then declined as time went on. After starting the job weeks after the interview this went south after I stated to Astrid about my concerns regarding her unprofessional communication.The female ,Astrid, lacks respect, professionalism and accountability. As a temp company its usually their mission to help the unemployed but my experience has been terrible especially this being my first temp agency. She doesnt have proper communication, she has intentionally held out on information from the client, and did even call me back to let me know where I stand. My relationship with the client verse her differed but personal vendettas dont belong in the work place. I was no longer reached out to and left with no job or information from the temp agency after being told the client wanted me back. If youre looking for somewhere to work I wouldnt choose here and if you do make sure its not her.
