        THE BEST pharmacy Richmond has to offer. The staff take their jobs very seriously and are extremely helpful and courteous. I have travelled across town just to get my meds picked up from here. The store is always clean and all customer service people are diverse, kind & conversational. The service here is so good I'm afraid to try anywhere else in the city. As long as I live in Richmond this is my go to spot

        Avoid this rite aid at all costs. They provide the worlds slowest service and if youre like me and you were unlucky enough to bring your prescription here, youll be waiting over an hour for a simple antibiotic. ZERO STARS, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

        Very unorganized and slow prescription pick up. Had to go back and forth 3 times to different windows and wait in line again just for using Goodrx coupons.
