All the Oley family cares about is money and nothing else. It was a bad experience with Dr. Shaia. He was rude and very unhappy, not sure why he's in the field he's in if he's so miserable. Office staff was pretty disorganized and not on top of anything except gossiping. Won't be back!

Where do I start. I needed my bottom wisdom tooth taken out. Everyone else told me to go to a specialist (they said can’t help for 2-3 weeks) I went in today because a friend referred me. Got in there, they also said it was risky but would try if I wanted them to. At this point I’d do anything. Dr Oley told me the risks and I just wanted it out so while away he pulled my tooth. No issues, took 5 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. Needless to say I’ll be a permanent customer.

We love Dr. Oley - what we have a huge issue with is the rude, uncompassionate, and incompetent office staff. As an established patient, my mother was having pain with a tooth. She is an 82 year old women in memory care. We were told that the only way she could be seen was to sit in the waiting room from 8:30-2:00 waiting to be seen "sometime" between those hours. If they couldn't fit her in then we would have to come back and do the same thing again. HELLO!!!!! did you hear it when you were told she was 82 years old, in assisted care, and in pain? Then the office manager proceeded to feel the need to pass on her infinite wisdom (or not so infinite) - that we all need to make choices. Well, here is my choice - see ya later gator - there are plenty of other offices that show more compassion and understanding. Dr. Oley - you need to tighten up that office staff of yours.
