This place is horrible every time Ive come my appointments have lasted over 4 hours for the simplest things they overbook & then bring you to the back to wait for hours & they kept numbing my gums then leaving for an hour, if you want your dental work done in a timely manner & correctly then DONT COME HERE very inconsiderate people

Probably the worst place I've ever been to have my teeth cleaned and looked at... the wait wasn't bad . But they do not know how to clean teeth properly they spend 10 seconds cleaning like it's a dayum race. The dentist herself was also terrible all she did was poke my gums and make me bleed. I have a mouth infection they are horrible communicators with there patients. All and all I was in the chair for like 30 to 40 mins and only 5 to 10 of them looking stabbing and stating the obvious.. I more than likely won't be going back. Poor polish and clean job .. they don't care if your in pain.. I've never had my teeth fully clean in under 3 mins.. f this place

I'm writing a review based on my son's visits. Firstly the wait was exceptionally long, when asked how long a wait he had, he was treated rudely. They couldn't find his file. Once they found it, he was told he was to get fillings at the top, but when he asked the dentist about it, she rudely insisted that he needed fillings at the bottom, even though her assistant had numbed the top area. He was then given an injection at the bottom. When he inquired about that, he was abruptly interrupted as she proceded to rush through his procedure. When he inquired about a cleaning. He was chastised about his dental hygiene, mind you, his appointment was at 2 o'clock. He'd already had breakfast and lunch, so understandably, his mouth wasn't perfectly clean. On a previous visit, he was told he was getting extractions at the top, yet extracted two teeth at the bottom instead. It appears that they don't communicate with each other, nor their patients efficiently or effectively, creating a tense and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend referring anyone there for services.
