Capital Trail was the best dental experience of my life! The office was immaculate and the staff a delight. Located under 10 minutes from downtown Richmond, the practice is convenient and got me in quickly even though I was a new patient. Dr. Galina had a gentle touch and was very thorough in her cleaning. The visit left me feeling minty fresh for days!

She was extremely rude and belittling, sticks needles in mouth without warning. Not to mention it made me extremely uncomfortable how she talks to her employees especially in a professional setting, I graduated with a masters in business and we learn to conceal our emotions professionally. I was extremely outraged on how her lack of patience and general understanding of others feelings. We learn that happy employees makes a happy business, it was clear that her employees feared her. One of the employees was literally shaking after she scolded them, this business should be reviewed for business etiquette!!

There's a long list of reasons why I will not be returning to this dentist. She is rude and the way she speaks to her staff is appalling. Lack of compassion towards anyone but herself. She doesn't take the time to explain anything and rushes through every appointment. Her assistants have absolutely NO clue about dentistry! Shoving the suction tool down my throat literally choking me while getting a filling. Staring out the window instead of paying attention to the person in the chair. The office appears clean but when you take a closer look it's dusty and the floors are filthy! My insurance has been billed over $8000 and I still haven't even had a cleaning! My mouth hurts constantly and I have trouble eating due to the condition of my teeth..AFTER having multiple root canals, fillings and extractions!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!
