Dr. McQuade is a complete FRAUD! AVOID HIM! My Wife went there for a dental cleaning and apparently the dentist (an old guy named Michael McQuade) told one of his assistants to just "polish" her teeth for a few seconds. My wife still had all the plaques and calculus left on her teeth when she came back from his office. Dr. McQuade is definitely committing countless frauds and this is probably just one of the many fraudulent activities he is committing. He just wants to milk your insurance money as much as he can, without even giving a proper dental care. I'll definitely report Dr. McQuade to both Medicare and Medicaid. The government needs to know of all his fraudulent activities.

I had gum pain and Mahsa Varshovi generously helped me understand that I was brushing and flossing too hard. There was scarred tissue that was unable to heal. She told me to just brush with water and toothpaste. I was using peroxide, Listerine, and salt water. My gums and mouth was in pain like splinters. Thank you Affordable Dental Solutions!!! :-)

The so-called "doctor" Mahsa Varshovi is probably the rudest, most ill-mannered, unprofessional person I have ever visited. Not only she doesn't know how to behave and treat people, but also she simply doesn't care. She treats people like they owe her something. If you ask her about other available options or treatments, she immediately gets mad, starts yelling, and simply walks out! With that being said I can't really blame her that much though, because to me it seems she has a psychological complex (at least based on the interaction I had with her). In her head, she probably believes she is the best doctor on earth, while in reality she is just a very impolite, pathetic individual overall. In summary, I don't recommend this place (Dr. Varshovi) at all. I brought my relative for a dental check-up and I was shocked at how the doctor treated us. There are many places in Virginia that are starting to see and accept Medicaid patients. Definitely find another office!
