I was told in January that my Invisalign case would easily be transferred to this River Run office, and spoke with the treatment coordinator and Dr. Sinclair about doing so. I was told that it would be a simple transfer, and I'd be able to finish my treatment plan with them. I was just told this morning that they actually do not ever do transfer cases of Invisalign, and that there was a "miscommunication" even though I was clearly told in January that they would be able to do so. If you are looking to do Invisalign, or any dental work, I do not recommend River Run due to their lack of transparency and inability to give patients truthful information.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very comfortable. Everyone was patient and clearly explained any questions that I had.
