Spencer Dental

I have nothing against the folks who work here I would say and suppose...but to keep it short , I now know that this is BARE MINIMUM dental care. I was seen at this company all my childhood , it was called something else before and apparently the name has changed too many times to count , that's suspicious right there but I was dumb and unknowing, also was warned about it but I went anyways because this is what my insurance would cover and it's what I knew so I went with what I knew , BARE MINIMUM!!! I now have an AMAZING DENTIST I'm praising the floor this wkan walks on for her bare minimum because her bare minimum is like a sky scraper high from this places BEST DAYS no exaggeration, I'm in awe at Dr. Stacie Deitz office like I've never been anywhere in my life when I look back at my care and treatment at Spencer dental I'm just disgusted honestly, they could do better and that's that on that! I'm not even going to get into how I lost a tooth for no reason and then they left the root of that tooth they extracted in my mouth and now I need extra surgery to remove the root before I can get an implant to replace the tooth I unnecessarily lost due to just them not caring enough I guess, I mean I fee ive just described a lawsuit but I'm going to let Spencer dental have that because I've been blessed to receive REAL CARE DONT GO HERE, if you have medicaid or something, call the number on your card and find something else! I'm telling you it's better out there than them!

They never sent my child's prescription over to CVS even though HIS JAW IS SWOLLEN. I called the 1st time and they said they forgot to send it. I called CVS again for the 2nd time and the prescription still was not sent. I call Spencer's back AGAIN and their phone was cut at 4:59pm. Meanwhile are visit was at 11am today. There is no reason for this and I will be NASTY when I walk in tomorrow in person since you can't handle this issue over the phone. Thank you for letting this child be in pain while you don't care about doing your jobs

I love this dental office staff is very friendly and quick to get you in for an appointment very caring I had a few teeth pulled as an emergency.. oral surgeon did a wonderful job! The only thing if there were more dentists The wait times won't be so long. Thank you:)

Theyll get you in and out in a heartbeat. I guess thats cool some of the staff are weirdo .
