        Retained braswell shortly after being arrested. After a consultation I never heard from him until the night before the trial (3 month span). Basically telling me the deal the prosecuter offered. I declined and said the terms I wanted and he said he would get back to me. The next day before trial he told me a quick overview of the agreement with the prosecutor and I agreed. When I was at the stand accepting this agreement the prosecutor read off more stipulations not mentioned to me by my attorney (I.e years of probation with suspended sentence . ) . Overall I do believe it was a favorable outcome for myself but I believe I could of paid for a cheaper lawyer to do the same thing with full transparency and communication.
