My experience with Atlantic Vision Partners regarding a pending refund has been exceedingly frustrating and disappointing. Since November 2023 (It is now February 2024), I have been attempting to resolve an issue concerning a refund of $407.00 that remains unpaid. Despite initial assurances of a resolution within 8-10 weeks and subsequent efforts to expedite the process, the matter has not been resolved, and communication has been unsatisfactory. The efforts of the staff, particularly an individual in the King William office, are acknowledged. However, the overall handling of this matter reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

I went to have a small procedure done and the doctor was in the room for about one minute, then said he did not want to do the procedure and referred me to a surgeon. That was a bit disappointing since I had waited two months to be seen, however, I understood completely. What I did NOT understand was why I was billed $50 for a visit when I was not treated and referred to another doctor. I then called the billing company, who referred me to the practice with this question. The office manager spoke with me and said that she would review my billing question as I believed that there was a billing error and would call me back. I have not heard back from her, so I called again and left a voice mail for a return call. I never got the return call (after two weeks), so I had to pay the bill, which I still believe was a billing error.

I went to Dominion Eye Associates for service, I get a bill for $40 copay from Dominion Eye Associates and then another bill from Dr. Robert Jacey for $40.00? I feel like I am paying 2 co-pays for one visit.
