I was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn for a full-time opening while I was looking for a new job closer to home. This was my first experience with a "head hunter," and I am pleased to be able to say that it was a pleasant one. My recruiter clearly had a lot of experience with companies in the area and expertly placed me in the running for an amazing position with a growing company. I did end up deciding to go with a different offer, but I plan to stay in contact with this recruiter for any future career moves I want to make.
