I have been taking part in the Small Business Academy Course that SB Pace offers on their website. Every week Julie & Corey give insight on the best proven methods to hep start or grow your small business in the best way possible. In addition there are always 1-2 business professionals from various areas that offer first class tips and help for building a solid foundation for small business owners. Working with SB PACE has been nothing short of impressive. I contacted them after reading their book and was happy to get a quick reply. They are quick to reply to both emails and phone calls which can be a challenge in business. When they came in to my office the plan was to run a SWOT analysis with me and my staff. They were professional and succinct in their presentation and post SWOT analysis. We have already started to implement the suggested changes and can see positive results. I will continue to use them in the future and suggest to anyone they use them in a proactive nature instead of waiting to fix problems that could have been avoided.

They literally walk you through EVERYTHING from start to finish, teaching you skills you didn't even know you needed. ALWAYS accessible, easy to talk to and understand, genuinely interested in your success. Nothing cookie cutter. I worked with SB Pace at the start of 2020 to get a fresh and professional perspective on business communications related to necessary changes due to COVID-19. They absolutely provided important insights and direction that I would not have come to on my own being inside the business day in and day out. They are also extremely efficient, respectful of time, and great listeners who get to know your business to provide meaningful guidance. I'd definitely work with them again.
