Came in for a phone battery replace. The employees, especially the front desk personnel was very friendly and welcoming. Had a great relationship with other customers that came in during my time of service. They all were very knowledgeable and my service was quick and easy! Will visit this location for phone repairs going forward

Late afternoon I brought my MacBook Pro laptop to Marnie and Gavin. I dealt with lack of storage problems for a year or more and came to a dead halt to getting work accomplished. Gavin quickly ascertained the cause and fixed it by midday the following day. Marney gave me tips on least expensive places to buy a new computer (that day will come soon) and warned me that eventually I will be unable to get to critical internet sites, like banking, because the operating system wouldnt be supported. My copy of Microsoft Office wouldnt work with my updated OS. Marney located a free replacement which she and Gavin installed. Their friendly service was fast, accurate and exceeded expectations that I had. Youll be satisfied if you come to Computerology.
