I really enjoyed Nurse Practitioner Upshaw's nurse but this provider lacks following up skills. It took me almost 2 weeks to get some lab works back and I knew they were ready. I called numerous times but never a call back. This place sucks I can't wait to find a new PCP

I usually go to the Vernon J Harris one, which is wonderful. I was surprised at how small this location was but loved all the workers there. The woman at the front desk was hilarious and I loved hearing about and seeing how proud she was of her daughter, who is becoming a doctor soon. The woman who took my vitals was very nice and professional. I like that she very clearly told me my vitals and asked relevant questions about ones that seemed abnormal. The doctor was as warm as I remember her at Vernon. She asked me how my personal life was and talked to me about my job that I was telling her about the last appointment while she was doing her thing (I know my info is written in their systems notes but it was nice that she asked anyway) I also love that it seems like 90% of the workers are women. I always feel comfortable when I walk in!

This place has a policy that I need to bring attention to because it's really ableist. I came here for a few appts, I liked my doctor, and I hope this review doesn't reflect on him, but this place has a policy where even if you have never missed an appt before, if you miss ONE appt they will not let you make another appt over the phone, you physically have to go back to the office to make it. I'm disabled and my health has been suffering and I haven't been able to get across town just to make an appt not even to be seen that day. It's not an acceptable practice and I've never seen any other doctors office do it before. Please do better, CAHN.
