Enterprise Car Sales

I would give negative stars if possible. I purchased a vehicle from them on 9/5/2023. The salesman was Marcus McCoy. Overall, the buying experience was good. That's the last nice thing I have to say. Within 48 hours of purchase, the Brake warning light came on. I took the vehicle to a dealership and found that the wiring harness for the brake sensor had been stretched. This is not necessarily something that the inspection would have caught, so I paid for the repair. The vehicle came with a 12 month, 12000 mile warranty, which explicitly states that the DEALER will pay 100 % of Parts and Labor on covered systems. On 2/14/2024, with less than 12000 miles since delivery, my transmission failed and I was stranded on the side of the road. I had it towed to a dealer. The dealer checked fluid in the transmission and the dealer refused to pay for that because it was "maintenance". When the dealer completed the troubleshooting, they submitted a proposal to the Dealer's insurance and insurance refused to pay for all of the repair. The dealer did NOT honor the paperwork they signed which explicitly stated they would pay for 100% of parts and labor of a covered system, which included the transmission. I called the manager at the dealer, Rasheed Clark and asked why they would not pay. He did not give me any good reason and refused to cover the full repair, so I had to pay over $400. This dealership does NOT honor their paperwork or agreements. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM. I have emails, pictures and the original contract to prove what has been stated above.

Rashid and Jordan made sure I had the best experience! They made sure I was good and understood everything throughout the whole experience! They checked in with me constantly even after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my truck. 10/10 definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales on Midlothian ! Customer service was amazing! I had a pleasure of being Jesse , he was wonderful helped me with my insurance and help me get the amazing warranty for a great price 100/10 would recommend!!!! Thank you again
