        I live in Louisiana and went to Virginia to this place to buy a car from them and after 2 days of having the car the check engine light came up on the dashboard. Also, one of the seats was broken and they were supposed to call me to replace it. They still haven't called me so I called and they said the manager will give me a call back but never do it! Also, I went to pick up the car but I have a charge for shipping the car and they said they would return that money but they still haven't done it. It's been two months since we bought it! I called last week asking when I was going to receive the refund and was told the manager was busy and she would call me after her meeting and she never did!

        Edit: the car has been dead for 2 months now and I have yet to hear back from Hertz! first of all, I wasn't informed that my license plates where ready until I checked a month later. Worst of all, the car was low on oil and had no fluid for the windshield wipers, which are also in a very bad shape. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Good luck
