Diamond Healthcare Corporation

My significant other was referred to the behavioral health branch of Diamond healthcare which is located in Florida. Her stay there has been full of errors and mixed messages. They are very disorganized. The communication between the staff members is nonexistent. Nobody has any idea what is going on at the establishment, so theyre not able to communicate effectively with their patients, patients families or their patients employers. Many times when you speak to someone theyll tell you the exact opposite of what you were previously told. Honestly, its a sorry excuse for a healthcare facility and you would be better off taking your business somewhere that has a hint of organization.

I had a painfully dislocated shoulder and desperately needed home healthcare since I am on oxygen and 100% disabled. Diamond Home Health cares manager called on a Tuesday night and demanded I see her at 11 on Wednesday. That time didnt work for me as I lead a Meditation online on zoom. Respectfully, I asked if we could make another time and she insisted that was the only time she had in the entire week. I acquiesced and said I would get somebody else to lead my meditation but could she please in the future give me more notice at least 24 hours. There upon she canceled all of my home therapy. I have met some amazing people and had some amazing care from neighbors from healthcare workers from lots of people from the VA thats been amazing. Diamond healthcare is not only not amazing it was horrible. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
