Patrick and his team have been a great ongoing partner and resource for us. The Sandler consultative approach has elevated my ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, clients and prospects alike. The training and coaching has made me a better listener, and better able to understand what a client or prospect needs, and how we can (or cant) help them with their problems. Patricks interaction with his clients varies based on each individual and how best they learn. While the main thrust of the lessons and training is from Sandler, Patrick does a great job of pulling in any resource or literature that produces great results. Hes helped put me in position to bring on new clients more effectively and be a better teammate internally. Id recommend Patrick and Sandler training/coaching to anyone with a willingness to become a better version of themselves.

Before Sandler I was lost with no sales process and struggling to close deals. After attending class with Patrick and his team I have a different outlook on an actual sales process closing deals and maintaining relationships.
