Auto Glass Now

I am not usually a complainer but I have to say this. The receptionist lady whoever works on Monday the 21st around 12pm is so rude. Apparently she can hear I am not speaking good English and she talked really fast on the phone so I couldn't hear her well. I was calling to see how much would it be to replace a windshield for my car but because I was in the car it was hard to hear well. She said she didn't have anything until Wednesday however I asked her again to see if I can swing by Tuesday to get it fixed and she answered me “SWING BY WHAT?” of course swing by to it fix omg. I got my Camaro windshield replaced here one time and the guy was so nice to me so I want to come back to get service but well not anymore.

Had to get my front windshield replaced due to the snow last week. I didn't want to have to file a claim so I searched for affordable glass replacement shops. Auto glass now did a wonderful shop, they were extremely affordable and customer service was great. Definitely will be coming back if I have another glass issue. Hopefully not though 🤞

Lowest price in town for my particular windshield. Was quoted $203 over the phone and the bill was $203. No extras. Was quoted 1 and half hour time and it took nearly 3 hours. I think. I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready. No courtesy call as promised. Front desk is lacking customer service. Would have been 5 stars.
