So I went to both caliber collision on w broad st they couldn't fixed it . My frame was bad.. but I call Dayz auto body Inc .. in 20 days was fix Miguel it the best body shop in Richmond I will recommend this body shop I'm happy I have my truck back go back to work

My experience was not good at all. Everything was okay until they got their money. I wanted to like this place so bad. They were pleasant by phone and other forms of communication AT FIRST!! But then let down in other areas and felt like the run around. And I am not a difficult customer. I work in customer service.

I will recommend this place to my friends, they really care about their customers and the employees here have very good hearts. Most places are money hungry and prey on women who need a car repair. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and kept me updated as they worked on my vehicle. They work fast and diligent, theyre respectful and professional. I highly recommend Miguel, he is such a good person and the way he helped me I will never forget, like I said before you dont meet people with good hearts who actually care about helping their customers. He took his time and found the problem with my car that most places wouldve charged me $100+ just to do. I they didnt I even offered him a tip for his services and he declined. You just dont meet people like him and because of all his actions, I will recommend and continue to recommend everyone to him because he deserves it.
