        My sister and I both lived here and we loved it!! The apartment manager Marnie is the best! So friendly and went out of her way to do anything for us! All of the staff and maintenance are so kind, helpful, quick and friendly! Apartments are really nice inside as well, its a great area, and all inclusive rent is so convenient as well. Ive lived in many apartments in Downtown Richmond, Scotts view was one of the best experiences.

        I lived at Scotts View for three years! I loved living here! The biggest plus for me was the fact that everything (rent, water, electric, internet, parking, etc.) was all bundled into the rent price. The staff was always friendly and helpful - I only had positive experiences. The apartment was very nice and I barely heard anyone through my walls. Idk if they were solid concrete or what, but almost never heard my neighbors. The location is great too - right around all the restaurants and breweries in Scotts! Only reason I moved out was because I ended up buying!

        Ive lived in Scotts View for a little over 3 months now. Before Scotts, I was living in another apartment complex under Main Street Reality that was absolutely awful and I needed a new please to live. Logan was ABSOLUTELY amazing in making my move seamless as possible. Everyone that works here does their job well and in a timely manner. Logan even helped answer my questions about the other apartments paperwork because my previous leasing agent wasnt replying to me. The previous apartment double charged me for my lease and sent me the wrong security deposit check and Cristina went to their office to pick it up for me!! The maintenance workers always come the next day and are very diligent in their job. It is a great location and my apartment is gorgeous I am so happy I moved!

        I lived here for 3 years and it is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Perfect location, great amenities/parking, maintenance never failed to responded within 24 hours, and the leasing team was always warm and welcoming and quick to respond (especially Marnie!). Noise was rarely an issue, even with being in a busy neighborhood.
