    I used them recently to replace a nearly 20 year old AC/furnace in my home. As a first time home owner, I thoroughly appreciated their expertise and professionalism. Ron, his brother (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and Harold were all a pleasure to work with and deal with. They were communicative and polite and willing to help me answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use them again. I also greatly appreciate their speediness on getting in the parts they needed during a time when people are struggling with supply costs and availability during the pandemic still. I am happy I found them.

    My electrician never showed for my appointment. No call, no email, just a no-show. I called the next day to find out what happened. Not sure who I spoke to but she may have been working from home because I could hear children yelling in the background. She took down a message and had the electrician call me back. According to him, he was not aware of my service request. He was never informed about my appointment. Said there must have been a miscommunication.

    The coordinator was very arrogant and rude upon the first interaction. My warranty company contacted them to assist me with improper air flow. The tech (David) came out and left my home in a worse condition than it was when he arrived - with Arctic air in one room and no air flow in the others. When I asked him to come back to fix what HE broke, he basically told me to undo what he did (mind you I have a degree in business, not a trade in HVAC). :-). Be cautious if you choose this business (and I use that term loosely) Oh, and I was extremely accommodating when he walked into my home (he barely even spoke) by giving him water when he asked and putting his bottle of water in my fridge so it could get cool. He was going to leave without saying a word but I stopped him. Only for him to complain about having a bad back and not being able to fit in small spaces. Huh?! Lol Typical - quoting scripture to excuse poor service. Warranty company or not, it was unacceptable.
