        I was getting charged a fee for night deposits, called they told me to get a key, bags and fill out a form and I would not be charged. Now I'm charged, they say, "Oh sorry, that was BB&T policy not Truist". WHAT WAS THE POINT!!!!! TRUIST is what was on the BANK when I did all this.....TRAIN YOUR EMPOLYEES.

        They don't care about the customer period don't feel like airing why there worthless just take my word for it been with them for eight years no more.

        They can't answer the phone no matter the time of day. They are rude. They are supper unhelpful if they can find a way to tell you to screw off they do. They send you in circles and nothing gets done. I couldn't get them to cancel my card that was lost.
