I didn't even know my apartment could be this clean as funny as that sounds, in just a matter of hours they cleaned the whole place perfectly. I am very pleased with this service and plan to get regular cleanings. Edit: I've gotten them a couple of times since then, they do a very good job, the hours can be spotty but if you're flexible with time I think they're a great cleaning service. I hired Reston Home Cleaning for a moving deep clean. They did an ok job cleaning, not perfect so we had to go back over and redo a few areas. My biggest issue is a member of the crew decided to help themselves to our Bose portable Bluetooth speaker. The house was nearly empty as the movers had not yet arrived. We looked everywhere thinking perhaps it had just been moved while cleaning that particular area. It was no where to be found in the empty house (a few items in 2 closets was the only thing there.) When confronted about it, first by my wife upon discovery it was missing (she wanted to play music) and second when I called to ask, lady I spoke with denied even seeing it (it had been sitting on a bathroom counter, no way to have missed it unless they didnt clean that bathroom) Theres only one logical conclusion because NOBODY else was in that house except for them and my wife. Use at your belongs risk. - My response to the patronizing reply by the owner. Thank you for the timely reply only 4 months later. As far as it not being reported, no, Im sure youre sticky fingered employee would not report that both I am my wife called to report the item was missing. We also filed a police report about the theft. About your unnecessary passive aggressive comment. No; we did not find our speaker. We were just moving in, and the movers had not yet arrived. There was NO PLACE for it to have gotten lost. It was on the bathroom counter when my wife stepped out to get coffee and it was gone when she got back. Of course she asked about it immediately and got stammering denials. I stand by my accusation. When all other possibilities are rules out, the obvious conclusion remains. I've been using Reston Home Cleaning for the past 3 months. I initially called them for a deep cleaning and they did an amazing job. With 3 little boys and a full time job it's hard to do everything when I get home. My boys love how they make their beds. The house always smells fresh. I also love they have a flexible schedule and always send a confirmation to remind me. Staff is always nice as well. It's been a great investment for my family.

Just moved in to a new home and didn't realize the house would need to be cleaned after the movers came is (lesson learned). It was last minute on a Saturday and our regular cleaning team wasn't available. We contacted Reston Home Cleaning, and they were able to come do the estimate and clean on the same day. They didn't an excellent job on the floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. They even made our beds. Money well spent.
