This office is so unorganized. During my visit I filled out all the required paperwork. While there they lost said paperwork so I had to redo it all. Then she put the wrong name on my referral without me knowing. When I made my appointment with the lab I found out. I then had to try to get ahold of Dr. Arnold's office to get it fixed. That is when I found out that the office lost my insurance I formation and the copy of my ID. Now I am having to do all this extra work because her office is dysfunctional.

I tried calling three seperate times and each time was forwarded to a call center who said they would call me back and then never did

The doctor is awesome. The front office, not so much. They rarely answer calls and dont return messages at all. Im at a point now where Im going to literally have to drive from near Woodbridge all the way to Reston to request a refill on medication.
So frustrating

The doctor herself seemed great but their front office is terrible. Calls were never returned, I never received any type of notice that they cancelled my surgery until I called a dozen times. I would avoid this practice.

Wonderful physician! Her wait times in office can sometimes be long but its worth the wait. She is so caring and helped me when no one else could.
