F45 Training Reston Station

Highly recommend F45 Reston Station. The workouts are intense, the community is real & the results are too. I am stronger, happier & more confident from my last few months training here. Look forward to savoring my time here while still in the area. Thanks Team RS! Byron

Was hesitant to get a membership because it's gotten pricier since I last had a membership (in 2020) but this place has been a game changer for me. I've been dabbling in the pre-work morning workout and having f45 has been integral. Alli, Brittany and Shannon are amazing instructors and the community here is so close.

Training here has been a wonderful experience for me so far! The workouts are challenging but balanced and I mostly love how the coaches are really taking their time to connect to every single person in the room.

I love this studio and the instructors here. There is a huge sense of community and they do a great job at encouraging you through the workouts. Ive been going for about a month and I can already feel myself getting stronger/better endurance.

Love F45! Love this studio and the coaches. The workouts offer a great variety to keep it interesting and really work your whole body. The coaches are awesome and add in extra motivation and encouragement to keep going when it gets tough- and it does get tough! Ive greatly improved my strength and stamina since starting here last fall.
