I had a bad experience with another company that left out a part of my order and basically told me to shove off, Dave helped me order the additional part from here and the customer service was AWESOME!

Do not buy from this seller!!!!If you purchased you item, don't like how it working,and prefer to return they charging %10 restocking fee.I returned product in same condition,packed originally box,and they applied to me %10 restocking fee.I read feedback from other customers and they received products opened ,never packed .They sending open box and do not packing original wrap,but in my case charging a money for that .How they make a money from people. 10 years using ebay and amazon,regular stores , but nobody charge me that fee.!!!!!!extremely disappointed!!!!

I read some of the reviews that are posted with one star and I am complete astonished. I have had nothing but great customer service from this company. From the receptionist Hailey who originally answered the phone to Dave the worker who walked me through installing my headset. The customer service was awesome, and the product the Jabra Pro 920 is well worth the price.

Global Tech is awesome!!! The products are great, the services by them is wonderful. I just ordered some new wireless headsets and had some problems understanding how to hook them up, Dave helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and assured me I could call anytime. I love working with this company!
