I was currently under care of Dr. Virgil Balint inn 2012 who treat me for pain management, which I had several number epidural injections for a severe back injury, due to a worker comp case at work. Never going there again specially, to see this doctor.!

I really really liked this Doctor Balint. But he's switched his services over to customer service conglomerate. 1) I'm in agony. 2) Not a new patient but after 3 years one is treated as such. 3) Grudgingly made an appt but they couldn't get to any films cuz they didn't have HIPPA on file. Tried to call back but hit an agent that said leave a message, then wanted to escalate up when I said I NEED to talk to office. Canceled my appt and made appt with new center for tomorrow that can do x-ray on premises thank god. Good Dr, bad office practice.

National Pain and Spine Center is the worst pain Center! All they care about is money and not patient care! I highly recommend those seeking pain management to not go there. My visit only took a few minutes. He did not ask me any question and only offered an spinal injection and he keft the room!!!!!!!

Worst place to be at, receptionist were rude and do not have any knowledge of scheduling. When called they keep you on hold for 15 mins and don't bother to say sorry.
I was promised to get procedure but after long wait they told me Doctor will be in operation I have to reschedule the appointment which cost be more time and more money. These receptionist are really stupid one I have ever seen.
AVOID.
