    My very old, pre-Intel, Mac Mini (finally) crashed. The Geek Squad retrieved my data to a new, external storage device that I can access in a format suitable for my Chromebook. All personnel I encountered in the process were very helpful and patient. I would use their services again, if needed.

    Good lord. This place is made for 80 year olds needing to uninstall a virus they downloaded onto their desktop and absolutely nothing else. We came here to replace an iPhone screen given its closer than any of the ifixit/phone repair stores. Our mistake... price was higher than other stores, takes 30 mins to “check in,” takes them 3 hours for the repair, then you are supposed to make a reservation to pick up your phone (none were available until the next day!). Luckily, the guy took us standby but the policies here are absurd. Hilarious part is that they are a “tech support” company which prints off and has you sign everything. Too funny given 99% of what they do to check people in/out could be done on an iPad... but that would be too hard for their average 80 year old client so they stick to paper.
