STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! GPS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! CUSTMER SERVICE EVEN WORST.I PURCHASED THIS WATCH FOR MY FATHER,I RETURNED THE FIRST WATCH FOR ONE WITH A DIFFERENT BAND. NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR THE WATCH,CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT THE RUNAROUND!....STAY AWAY BUNCH OF CROOKS RUN THIS COMPANY!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UPDATE FOUR MONTHS HAVE NOW PASSED AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND! THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAILS! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I AM THANKFUL I FOUND A NEW GPS WATCH PROVIDER THAT IS EXCELLENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON COMPANY LIKE THIS THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE MOST VULNERABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ----- I purchased this watch for my elderly father who has Alzheimers. When it arrived I couldn't even get it set up and no one was calling me back. I decided to return it. 6 weeks later no refund. No one answers calls or emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for it. A shame for a company to take advantage who are in a vulnerable situation. STAY AWAY. 60 DAYS PASSED MY RETURN STILL NO MONEY BACK. AGAIN TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, THERE ARE BETTER GPS TRACKING DEVICE COMPANIES OUT THERE.

I am so thankful for the person that created this GPS watch, and the customer service agents have always been patient with me " I thank you Adiant Mobile Agent's'. I bought my dad the Adiant Mobile GPS watch, it has made my life and given me so much peace of mind. It is accurate, the communication is stable, it's waterproof and my dad enjoys the two way voice call connection. This is sturdy and dependable. I have recommended the Adiant Mobile GPS watch to everyone I know,... 'Listen,....if you need peace of mine knowing that your loved one is safe, this is the way to go. We have had our Adiant GPS watch for approximately a year. I have used it to ensure the location of my husband, who has mild dementia, quite a few times. We have recently required a new SIM card and phone charger; Adiant was extremely responsive in providing both items.
