A Caring Approach

We met with Carlos Durana for couples counseling. His guidance helped us communicate more openly and deepen our relationship despite being in a rocky period. He provided resources and suggestions for how we can use the tools that he introduced to us going forward. I worked with Dr. Durana to heed some advice and guidance on how to approach challenges I had encountered. Dr. Durana provided insightful feedback and thought provoking questions which lead me to: practice self awareness, proactive engagement in managing the relationships in my life, exploring root causes for challenges I have faced, and he helped me understand different approaches as to how I can positively respond to relationship hardships, self doubt, setting boundaries, and internal conflicts.
