Great data center, the people were nice to work with, their security measures are adequate without being obnoxious, and the cooling system was better planned out than some more expensive centers that I've been in.

Using a collocation facility often means that you will not be physically local to your machines. In this case, customer service becomes extremely important. Flex Data Center offers top notch customer service. All emails are responded to in an expeditious fashion, and all issues are brought to your attention, and dealt with immediately. If customer service is important to you, I would highly recommend this facility.
