    Enhabit is the worst home health company for communication. Carla the front desk attendant is extremely rude. When asked for a supervisor, Carla said she is the only staff member working in the office on 6/16/23. And refused to give full name. Tried to tell rules of HIPPA after violating it a few times, a law suit waiting to happen. Once the client is admitted to home health, it is literally fighting a tooth and a nail to get any communication. Worst experience ever!! I would not recommend this company to any one.

    I had a total knee replacement. The therapist that came to my home (JP) first day he was 1 hour and 45 minutes late no phone call or anything, I had to call the main office. Once he arrived 2 hours late he spent 1 hour doing paperwork and 30 minutes on my physical therapy. Every single day and I mean every day he (JP) was at least 30 minutes late. Once he arrived my rehab sessions only lasted 15 minutes he would complete his paperwork, take personal calls, and leave. This was the worst experience ever!!! He should not be allowed in home care to help someone recover from a total new replacement. He however did arrive on time one day on time and that was the last day of my therapy, he did not do a session he just showed up completed his paperwork and left!!! He was zero help and I do mean zero help! Just bad bad service.

Patient care always comes first and the patient satisfactory level shows as it is above state and national levels for home health. I would pick Encompass every time for my family.

    The worst customer service EVER! The receptionist by the name of Harriet, was rude, arrogant & unhelpful! I will definitely be reporting this ill-mannered person to her supervisor. Our patients and their families who reside at this facility will also be notified!
