Harris Teeter

Christina from the deli prepped my sub today and she was incredibly kind, excellent customer service. I will come back in hopes to be served by her again.

I like shopping here, but their beer never seems to be fresh. Check those can dates !

I've been coming to this Harris Teeter for many years. The store is clean and the selection is good. The cashiers are always very nice, and if a manager sees more than a few people in line, they're very good about opening another lane. I use grocery pickup as well, and it's easy, and the food I get is very fresh. If you are unhappy with something you bought, it's very easy to return it.

Waste of time if you want a sub and their deli is busy. Sub guy is pulling double duty so you if you want deli stuff and he's making a sub, you wait. If you want a sub and the deli is busy, you wait. Today, it's a 5 person line at the deli so no subs. Good stuff. Maybe I should make an appointment. A truly fantastic system caused by bringing shareholders much added value as the expense of customers a d staff. This is happening in several HT stores around NoVA so it's obviously a corporate thing rather than this individual store. This store used to have a lady dedicated to subs and she was great. Unfortunately I haven't seen her in a while. The store and customers loss. I rate HT and their current sub/deli nonsense one big wet fart sound. Avoid if busy.
