Horrible customer service... Booked an appointment online, received a confirmation email. Came in for said appointment, 15 minutes early. Was told sorry, we only take your insurance on a certain day so we can't see you today. No where in the booking or confirmation process was that mentioned. I was in the office, on time, with an appointment on the books and was told sorry, nothing we can do. Taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Sebastian is an amazing Dermatologist. He has treated me for skin cancer several times and successfully excised the cancer. I recommend Dr Sebastian.

The front desk staff and nurse were super nice, but the exam room was absolutely disgusting. I was the first appointment of the day, and there was supplies all over the floor, counters hadnt been wiped down in weeks (caked on soap residue by the sink, etc.) there were open bottles with qtip sticks sticking out of them. Just looked to be in a general state of disrepair. Also had to wait half an hour to see the doctor even though I was the first appointment of the day. Definitely wont be back.
