        They took 1 hr for xrays and asked me to come for another day for cleaning, claiming "insurance policy". When I returned they asked for $60 additional BEFORE I sat on the chair, which they never told me in my previous appointment. I walked away without cleaning out of principle, for not being told this fee in the first place. They billed my insurance for full cleaning on the same day of my Xrays. 1.they never cleaned my teeth at my first appointment. 2. they didn't tell me I will need to pay $60 additional for an additional appointment, 3. they billed for full amount to my insurance.
