        The Herndon AT&T store made a $790 error and referred me to this store's manager to address the issue. Due to a work trip, I made over 6 calls and never received a call back from the manager who always managed to be on break. This represented atrocious ownership of an error by their staff. Addendum, 4/4/24. 5 days after submitting all of the requested information, I received no follow-up from the store or any other representatives.

        Enrique was very helpful and continued to work with me to solve my issue. He is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and persistent in solving my issues. It was a pleasure working with him The only disappointment was he initially told me I would get $1000 credit for my trade in phone, but then when he processed it, he said it had changed to $700.

        I had not purchased a new IPhone for 5 years and I was dreading doing it. Enrique made the entire process so easy. He gave me a lot of one-on-one time so when I walked out of the store I was super happy with my new IPhone 14 and all my apps were working. He helped save me money by recommending a different cell phone plan. It was a pleasure to work with him and he provided the best service I have ever received from AT&T.
