As a medical practice management consultant, appraiser, and broker, I find the NSCHBC to be a valuable resource. I get to meet and know the experts whose opinions I find published in journals and books that I rely on. Knowing them as a person gives me greater confidence in their work, and I can even call them and ask them questions in person. I can post a question to their listserve and have expert answers in a day. Also, NSCHBC has the best detailed expense statistics for the smaller sized, single specialty practices I work with. Its my most valuable membership!

If you are involved in healthcare and have trouble keeping up with the frequently changing and complex rules and regulations, or how to solve a problem with a practice issue you work for, then you need to be a member of the NSCHBC, As a member in Florida once said, "I had a meeting on Thursday and was asked for options on how to address a problem and come back with responses Monday. I posted the issue on the NSCHBC list serve Friday and by Sunday I had three ways to address the issue." There are about 250 of us with expertise in all areas in healthcare around the country. You can't be successful without a great resource behind you. Don't procrastinate. If you want to be more successful join NSCHBC. Now.

NSCHBC has been an invaluable resource for not only me but also for our entire Medical Consulting Team. The relationships that we have cultivated by attending the Annual Meetings and Workshops have allowed our firm to be able to expand our services to our clients by using the depth of knowledge with other fellow members. Love this organization!
