Excellent law firm. Scott Dondershine is extremely knowledgeable, practical, and analytical. I started using their firm for my small business a few years ago upon a referral. I use them for contract law, business development, and tax planning. I've used a few firms in the past but felt that they never gave us the attention that we needed. Scott is always there for us whether it is advice or a contract manner.
