My advent to Blankingship and Christiano [B & C] office was accidental; guided by some divine intervention from a last chance blind referral for very hopelessly frustrating SEARCH for assistance in a case that I was sure started as a some minor, erroneous banking book-keeping issues or practices, that ballooned into a colossal blunder in my favor; due to the diligent work by the office of B & C.
I was confident with the FACTS and appropriate DOCUMENTATIONS collated -some from the concerned institutions- during the ordeal and I desperately needed a last resort legal intervention to help me explain and make the bank to realize and correct their obvious mistakes. I would have been very contented by any simple outcome or resolutions admitting their errors and correcting the records; and I would have just paid for the legal services and moved on. But during my first visit to the office of B&C, Tom listened to my STORY and with time and special EXPERTISE from handling similar issues, they applied the necessary LEGAL interpretations to my case and in the end, they made me very happy and proud; especially with the unexpected FINANCIAL windfall that ensued.
