Sharon moved quickly to help us close during the holidays. She setup viewings so we could find the right property for our needs. Once we found a property, she then quarterbacked the key components, connected us with local inspectors, and her team kept us abreast of developments. Sharon and her team were amazing to work with! My partner and I are new to the area so we didnt have any personal recommendations for realtors, we got linked up with Sharon and are so glad we did! We found our home pretty quick but the hard part was next to come. Just beginning with the offer Sharon was a shark! She did her research and suggested an aggressive but strong offer to get us the best deal and it worked! We got an amazing deal on our home! Sharon will work with you to make your dreams come true! Sharon is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Sharon was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done and she did! We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.
