Taylor Robertson is one of the worst realtors. He wanted to change the contract on the closing day so that he could make more commission. He lied to me multiple times about issues on the contract and cost me thousands of dollars. All he cares about is his commission and getting rich off you. Find someone better to work with.

I do not leave reviews very often. So take this as you will. I can't say enough about Heather and Taylor Robertson! Their level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism was out of this world. It was because of them that we landed on our little piece of heaven. They stuck with us to the very end and my wife and I cannot express our gratitude enough. If anyone is looking for a 5 Star experience when buying their next home we highly recommend this dynamic duo. Heather and Taylor thank you so much!!!!

Taylor did an amazing Job as my realtor. Both him and Heather were consistently on top of things. I actually was the buyer on the House that Josh Griff( below) gave a review on. The house appraised at $10,000 higher than we offered and Taylor told us he thought it would before we decided to go for it. He even came back to me to talk about offering what the house appraised at ( which was more). This would have allowed more cash flow for me but Mr. Griff would receive the same amount of money as we both parties had agreed to pay. We were told Mr. Griff didnt want to waste anymore time. So we did what he asked . Not sure why he is so upset and I would say his realtor is the one that should have done a better job communicating. From his review it shows he was misinformed at the very least. I would recommend Taylor to anyone who wants a realtor who is going the extra mile for his clients and covering all the options a Buyer might have in this competitive market. It was almost unheard of to get a house with immediate equity when all others are going for more than they appraised at!!
