Working with PMI has been a real pleasure. Patti is experienced, knowledgeable, and shows genuine concern for both landlord and tenant. This was my first property as a landlord, and PMI made it simple to get started and were able to find great tenants. They were even able to respond quickly after my first tenant had to vacate due to military orders. Patti was able to find and sign a new tenant in less than 2 weeks. PMI is an excellent business and the premier property manager in Hampton Roads.

The property management group is great. As an agent Ive dealt with a good amount of property management groups and this group is by far the most responsive. Very helpful in answering questions and getting work done when needed. Would highly recommend them

So I have had a hard time dealing with mice and rodents at a property they manage for almost two years. They did let me end my lease early because of it. I feel like if I had not had rodent issues they would be very pleasant but the unprofessional comments from Troy always seem to irritate me. I like Patti and wish I could have just worked with her directly and not Troy when it came to maintenance. PMI tried making me pay a plumbing fee and when I didn't pay it they tried taking me to court however I told their lawyer that I wrote not one but two dispute letter stating why I should not be responsible for paying that bill months prior to them taking me to court and they never responded to the dispute letters. The good news about having a law degree is you know when your going to win a case so when I spoke to their lawyer you could tell he was irritated because had I spoke to the judge and told him that I would have won that case hands down. Savannah was in charge of maintenance at the time and After that court incident they waived the fee and that's when I started speaking to Troy. As for the back yard being too tall, the back yard didn't grow grass at all so I don't know what citations PMI supposedly received and my neighbor faithfully cut the front yard every two weeks for me. Also Pattie tried bribing me and telling me that if I give them five stars that I could grab something from the house. I am wondering if all her five stars are fake!
