Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

This shop charged me for work that was never preformed but was needed as part of the service I requested and paid for. I bought 4 new tires from this location and they didnt balance the tires yet they charged me for it and its on my receipt, I attempted to take the car back and their service writer told me he would not work on my car and that they did not balance my tires, yet the charge is on my receipt and you have to have new tires balanced. I had to pay another shop to correct the work Tire Choice refused to do or fix. As of now they still are refusing a refund for the service they charged me for but didnt preform. Ripping off the their customers is what this shop does best, if I could rate them zero stars I would. My suggestion to anyone considering using any Tire Choice location is to find any other shop to preform the work you are paying for, at least then you have a chance the work will actually be completed, because once they have your money they dont care about the customer and it shows.

Mr. Myrick Is knowledgeable and personable. As I explain the issue with my car, I could tell that I had his full attention and that he was interested in finding a solution. A solution was found and my car was returned to me in a short amount of time thank for Mr. Myrick.
