        Im a single mother with 2 small children that was displaced and this is the only place I can afford to stay weekly. I am absolutely disgusted. My room is covered in mold. After I was told no refunds I scrubed the entire room for 8 hours. I wasnt expecting much but this is ridiculous. I contacted the health department. Ive provided photos. Looks like the room hasnt been swept since the year I was born. What is housekeeping doing? Is she just making the beds back up in between guests?

        I received a survey after my stay and shared what I am going to write here, but never heard from anyone except for an automated Your feedback will help us ensure we can avoid issues like this in the future which feels like an empty promise. On the positive side, the location was convenient and my room was clean. On the negative side, the fire alarm was unplugged and sitting on a table when I entered the room. When I pulled back the bed cover, I noticed cigarette burns in 3 areas (see picture attached). Unacceptable. The next morning, I tried making a cup of coffee in the reception area, but the machine didn't seem to work. When I asked the receptionist for help, she told me I should wait for a regular to stop in so I could ask them how to operate the coffee machine. Motel 6, you have to try a little harder!

        The person working the front desk was asleep in an adjacent room and took 20 to make enough noise to awake them. Room was horrible! TV was stuck on one channel and would not change. A horrible place to stay!
