Horrible. I was charged 250 for a 450 square apartment and they did a crappy job. This was my daughters apartment and I spent the next three days cleaning it. I deserve to have my money refunded and I dont think they even did a one star

What a wonderful job they always do. So grateful. I come home with a fully cleaned home and what could be better? Sometimes a little late but I guess its worth it. Service: General housekeeping

They were able to come by the next day to do a whole house cleaning. While they were there, I asked if they would clean the carpets, and the answer was yes, and they were willing to come back later that day, which they did. It was inspection ready.

I was really torn between a four and a 5 and heres why. Let me start by saying they were phenomenal. They sent me a reminder text, they were on time, they text me when they were on their way to my house and about 30 minutes before they finished. They were nice, professional and friendly. They cleaned the ham sandwich out of my kitchen. I mean it was wonderful! Look brand new. The only thing that I was torn about were a few things I noticed after they left. I noticed my shower walls werent as clean as they could be, I wish they would have paid a bit more attention to a few small spots on the laminate and the biggest thing for me. When I originally called I wanted to know if they wiped walls or even spot cleaned them. I was told they did but that was not done and that was one of the major things that was important to me. Im sure if I would have been paying attention and mentioned it to them they would have taken care of it because they were that nice. Outside of that I was extremely happy with them and their work so I chose a 5! Oh and did I mention the price was phenomenal!!!
