        I have only been with Care Advantage (CA) at Portsmouth Va location less than 2 months. Veterans Administration contracted with CA to provide home aide. Ive seen 3 different aides, and recently one no show with no replacement 2 of 3 days allowed. This is unacceptable especially to a veteran who depend on continuous home aide.

        Nurses either did not show or were late. We were charged for two days when no one showed up. We decided on assisted living which provided professional services.

        If I could give this company a 0 I would,top level of unprofessional,no training of caregivers, office manager incompetent,no knowledge of job,hours operations, employee not satisfied, company needs to be reported to medical overseers.
