        This is really a no star . After paying out my last account in July of this year with this location I asked to not be contacted anymore in other words DO NOT CALL. Unfortunately that seems to be a problem at least once or twice a month Ive received calls. Today I received a text message from a 940 or 904 area code from Rico stating he is the store manager and has deals on products and for me to contact the store. I called store again and asked yet again not to be contacted its borderline harassment and I stated to Brian that someone needs to figure out how to get my number out of system. As Im talking to him and Im very frustrated that since July no one can figure out how to take my number out and Im trying to be nice he hangs up on me. When I tell you this is a first for me after 20 plus years of dealing with Rent A Center its a first. Every manager from any of the store Ive ever dealt with had it in the system to not call me. Needless to say I wouldnt recommend this location unless you want to deal with rudeness. Brian I think you may want to think about taking a refresher course on customer service 101. All you had to say was hey let me figure this out for you and see what we can do .
