Dr. Steven L. Lang, DDS

I am confident that my dental health is in good hands with Brandy, my hygienist. I am also confident that the billing office is a wreck. When I arrived for my April appointment, I was immediately told that my balance due was $281.50 and it had to be paid before I could be seen. I questioned the balance and learned that it was the total "patient responsibility" from my previous 3 visits in May, August and December of last year. Why they didn't send me a statement or collect at each of the next appointments was unexplained, even as I handed over my credit card so I could be seen that day. The only explanation is that their billing office is a wreck. If it weren't for Brandy, I'd be looking for a new dentist.

Love my dentist and her colleagues. All are professional and courteous. Love when my dentist narrates what she is doing and love her serenading the office and myself. The entire office has the most positive vibe.

I love the Langs. I have been a patient for over 10 years. The hygienist are excellent. My experience has never been poor.
